Basic Three-Week Program
21 Days - $199
Our most popular plan sets you up with 21 days of focused activities to get you on the road to new habits—and a better you! Monday thru Friday you'll receive a daily, one-on-one accountability phone call from your coach for support and guidance. On Saturday and Sunday, you fill out our simple on-line accountability questionnaire that goes directly to your coach.
Premium Six-Week Program
42 Days - $299
Sign up for six weeks, and save $100! Get all the same benefits as our Basic plan above, but with the advantages of a longer time frame. The extra 3 weeks helps many folks reinforce their new wellness habits, making it easier to continue on their own.
The Buddy System: Bring Your Friend!
21 Days - $399
Sign up with a friend for extra savings. This 42-day program allows two "team members" to work together as they move through the activities. This option includes daily phone calls and the online form, as above.
